AzzeroCO2 supported Sky Italia in the study of the carbon footprint of the CAM modules (Conditional-Access Module), with the aim of quantifying the CO2eq emissions associated with the different production and transport phases of a new CAM module and comparing them with those produced by regeneration of used and regenerated CAMs.
Sky Italia, thanks to the support of AzzeroCO2, has also obtained certification according to the Carbon Trust Standard for having undertaken in the last two years a path to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and to monitor and correctly manage the business processes that determine a greater impact on the environment.
